아틀라스웰리스(이하 "회사")는 필라테스 강사·회원·센터를 위한 ATLAS Instructor 서비스를 제공하며, 대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」(PIPA)에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 처리하는 개인정보의 항목, 목적, 보관, 이용자 권리를 안내합니다.

광고 목적 사용 없음. 회사는 이용자의 데이터를 광고 추적 또는 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
제4조 (처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공)
회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다.
카카오·Apple — 소셜 로그인 인증
Supabase — 데이터 저장 및 관리
Anthropic — AI 분석(ATLAS COACH · 체형/식단 정리)
Vercel — 서비스 호스팅 및 전송
단, ① 이용자가 직접 동의한 경우(센터 연동 등) ② 법령에 의한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
제5조 (보유 및 이용 기간)
회원 탈퇴 또는 이용 목적 달성 시 계정 개인정보와 로그인 연결정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 센터 운영 및 관계 법령상 보존이 필요한 수업·출석·급여·정산 기록은 개인정보와 분리해 비식별 상태로 필요한 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
제6조 (정보주체의 권리)
이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (만 14세 미만 아동)

본 방침은 2026년 7월 1일부터 시행합니다. 방침 변경 시 앱 내 공지 및 본 페이지를 통해 사전 안내합니다.

Overview
ATLAS Wellis ("the Company") operates ATLAS Instructor, a service for Pilates instructors, members, and studios. The Company protects users' personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea. This policy describes the categories, purposes, retention, and user rights regarding the personal data we process.

3. Purposes of Use
Member management and instructor workflow

Service operation, login authentication, and security
No advertising use. We never use user data for ad tracking or advertising purposes.
4. Processors & Third Parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties except as needed to operate the service, using the following processors:
Kakao and Apple — social login authentication
Supabase — data storage and management
Anthropic — AI analysis (ATLAS COACH · posture/diet summaries)
Vercel — service hosting and delivery
Exceptions: (i) with the user's explicit consent (e.g., studio linkage), or (ii) when required by law.
5. Retention
Personal account data and login connections are deleted without delay upon account withdrawal or once their purpose is fulfilled. Class, attendance, salary, or settlement records needed for studio operations or required by law are separated from personal account data, retained in de-identified form for the necessary period, and then deleted.
